For years, we make customized Tibetan Buddhism malas for our clients using rare natural materials and ancient, antique Tibetan beads . To serve the spiritual purposes, only the best quality natural beads can we use to make malas. We turned those precious beads to wearable arts. Each one-of-a-kind piece is waiting for its destined master.
This traditional Tibetan mala necklace is made of 108 pieces of high quality Baltic amber beads. Those ball shaped beads are untreated, perfectly polished from raw amber rocks. They are in solid cream yellow color, and measured 6mm in dimension.
The master marker bead is one magnificent genuine old Tibetan red coral bead(pre-1900). It’s originally from one old Tibetan necklace we acquired from Khampa. The surface of the bead is smooth,the natural salmon color is full and live, like a lotus flower softly shining in the sunlight. The bead is carved to round shape, measured 13mm in size.
Amother two marker beads are two untreated natural Hubei turquoise beads, measured 11mm.
Other decorative beads include red coral, turquoise and gold-plated 925 silver charms.
The large amber pendant bead has beautiful solid creamy yellow color. The natural texture forms clouds like patterns. It’s measured 17mm in size. The pendant has long tussle made of turquoise and red coral beads.
The necklace is 82cm (32”) long.
