The central bead is one vintage Tibetan Medicine Healer Dzi agate bead, barrel shaped, with the 4 lines stripes pattern, measured 44mm x 13mm.
The necklace is made of genuine old Tibetan red coral beads, turquoise beads, and antique Tibetan silver metal beads. Those beads are very old, with some sign of worn. See photos for detail.
The length of the choker necklace is 49cm, can be extended to 52cm.
