For years, we make customized Tibetan and Himalayan malas for our clients using rare natural materials and ancient, antique Tibetan beads . To serve the spiritual purposes, only the best quality natural beads can we use to make malas. We turned those precious beads to wearable arts. We sincerely believe the Buddhism spirit attached to those ancient precious will help each one-of-a-kind piece to find its destined master.

This piece is re-made from one vintage traditional knotted turquoise mala necklace. All 108 genuine Chinese turquoise beads are in amazing fine condition. You can see it from the zoom in pictures.

Those perfectly round shape turquoise beads are natural , undyed, in beautiful evenly bluish green color. This darker color is from the oxidation through the time, which only happens to untreated natural turquoise. Some beads have slight inclusion. The dimension of the beads is approximately 6mm.

High quality turquoise is one of the most precious beads in Tibetan culture, also the most desirable natural material for making prayer beads.

This mala is a rich collection of many precious antique Tibetan beads. The marker beads are the same type of turquoise but larger, approximately 10mm in size. The divider beads include natural amber beads and Tibetan silver beads.

The pendant bead is one vintage Tibetan Dzi agate bead has beautiful 2-eye pattern. The dimension of the bead is 38x11mm. Other decorations include two antique red coral beads. The pendant is attached to the silver guru bead through a small silver dorje. All of those the beads are well maintained, or protected by the spirit of Buddhist.

The whole knotted mala necklace is 105cm (42”)long. Can be worn as necklaces or bracelet. It comes with 20mm lotus counter that is made out of 925 silver and one mala pouch.
